POLE CHOREOGRAPHY 5:30PM-6:45PM
PRE-REQ: Minimum 2-3 Intro to Pole classes.
In Level 1 Pole you will learn and master climbing the pole and creating beginner shapes in the air. You will work on your conditioning exercises, and string together moves you already know into combinations. There is a variety of cool new shapes, spins and progressions to learn. Instructors may introduce foundational spin pole moves and elements of low flow.
You may hear yourself say: “Did I just do that?”

WEDNESDAY
TWERK WERK💛 12:00PM-1:15PM
Get ready to shake what your mama (or your instructor) gave you! This class will focus on twerk techniques—both on and off the pole—that can be accessible to any aspiring rump shaker. Add these techniques to your pole repertoire and make it vibrate!
Kneepads required for floor work, heels are optional. Flexible bottoms (sweatpants, spandex, etc.) highly encouraged.
Note: Classes marked with 💛on the schedule are appropriate for all levels of movers, from absolute beginners to advanced.
LUST LAIR 1:30PM-2:45PM
Step into the Lust Lair and awaken your sensual magick!
This open-level prompt-based class will focus heavily on using touch, undulations (body waves, leg waves, etc.), isolations, and more to enchant your audience.
Heels and layers are optional.
Prerequisites: intro to pole material (pole walks, body and leg waves, dip spins)
Note: Classes marked with 🧡on the
schedule are open level, appropriate for beginner to advanced movers with some pole experience. Check prerequisites for more information.

THURSDAY
INTRO TO POLE 4:50PM-6:05PM
If you have never tried pole dancing, this is where your journey begins. You will learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique and strength training that will prepare you to join our beginner Level 1 classes. We recommend that you take Intro to Pole 3-5 times before moving on. Please wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up to expose the back of your knees.
POLE 1 6:20PM-7:35PM
Pole Level 1 is designed to build upon the basics you’ve learned in Intro to Pole. You will learn how to spin, climb, and move smoothly up, down, and around the pole. In essence, this is the level where pole students begin to dance in the air for the first time while building the strength they will need to prepare for inverted techniques. Pole Level 1 is not an Intro class. Please take at least 3 Intro to Pole classes before signing to Pole Level 1.
POLE’OGRAPHY 7:50PM-9:05PM
In Pole'Ography you will learn a unique, stylized routine designed to increase your pole dance vocabulary while also focusing on musical and emotional connectivity. The goal is to improve your sense of musicality, lines, and expression with the use of dynamic and contrasting movement on the pole. Students must be comfortable in Pole Level 1 technique to join this class.

FRIDAY
POLE 1 4:45PM-6:00PM
Pole Level 1 is designed to build upon the basics you’ve learned in Intro to Pole. You will learn how to spin, climb, and move smoothly up, down, and around the pole. In essence, this is the level where pole students begin to dance in the air for the first time while building the strength they will need to prepare for inverted techniques. Pole Level 1 is not an Intro class. Please take at least 3 Intro to Pole classes before signing to Pole Level 1.
LOW FLOW HEELS 7:45PM-9:00PM
Low Flow Heels will keep you dancing from start to finish. In this class you'll build solid heels technique while exploring low flow combos that include Level 1 floorwerk and acrobatic skills, base of the pole transitions and lots of sass! Students may wear heels with the height of their choosing but should refrain from street wear. Students must be comfortable in Pole Level 1 technique to join this class.

POLE 2 2:20PM-3:35PM
Pole Level 2 is designed for those who have been working on climbs and spins, and are ready to begin basic pole inversions. You will continue to learn more advanced climbs, spins, and floor work variations while building the strength and confidence necessary for proper inversion technique.

SUNDAY
LEVEL 2 Pole 5:00PM-6:15PM
PRE-REQ: Multiple Level 1 Classes
If you’ve taken multiple Level 1 classes and climb up the pole with ease, you are in the right place to explore more!
The Level 2 Pole will focus on strength, conditioning, and technique! In this class you will work and master your inverts, leg hooks, and more advanced shapes and combos. You'll be guided through all the steps for getting upside down and taking your pole shapes up higher on static and spin pole.
INTRO TO POLE 6:30PM-7:45PM
Your pole dancing journey starts HERE!
Our Intro to Pole class is for brand new beginners or for those still getting acquainted with their pole dance movement. In this class, you’ll learn all the fundamentals of moving around the pole, introductory pole dance skills, conditioning work, and becoming more comfortable with expressing your own unique dance style.
We recommend taking at least 3-5 Intro to Pole classes before progressing to our next level class, Level 1 Pole.
