Dey Armbrister (Dey Phoenix) is an erotic pole dancer and instructor born and raised in New York City, with a background in Hip Hop, Street Jazz, and Dancehall.

He’s performed for a number of shows and nightlife events across state lines, such as Schtick A Pole In It! (New York City), Lyfe Lounge (Baltimore), PoleCon's 'Men of Pole' showcase, and Pole Master’s Playhouse (LA) to name a few. His core inspiration is from the strip club and it’s culture. Dey maintains the view that the art of pole builds confidence and power through owning one’s sexual energy.

In 2017, Dey started his pole journey self taught, but over time has trained in studios such as IncrediPole and Body & Pole. In June 2019, he received XPERT Pole & Aerial Fitness Certification for Pole Levels 1 and 2. Dey holds the silver medal for the 2020 Pole Sports Organization Scorpio 'Drip Tease Flow' category. He also produces and curates shows, more notably his pole-esque showcase, Black Phoenix Nest.
